Let me tell you- I spent four streams playing this game and I FINALLY BEAT IT. Played it from Aug 8-12th were there were few vids to reference how to beat it on here. The frustration and difficulty only made me want to beat it more. We had a lot of laughs and I appreciate the challenge :) until next time ✨

im stuck where i put the two sar things in the machine, when i put them in it makes a key and then i cant do anything. all my stuff goes away and i cant open the inventory, open the door or pick the key up or anything. ive gone back and retried it 3 times, is this a glitch or am i doing something wrong?

That's very strange. I've checked thoroughly but couldn't reproduce the issue you described. It might be a corrupted save checkpoint. In that case, I recommend loading a previous checkpoint or deleting the save files in LiminalLeap\Saved\SaveGames to start anew. If that doesn't resolve the problem, please try downloading the latest version. I'll continue investigating to see if I can replicate the glitch. Thank you for reporting it.
It turned out you were right. There was a glitch with the portal paper in the inventory. I've fixed it. Thank you very much for your feedback. let me know if you need to download the latest version which is 3.5.6

If you had taken the time to read carefully, you would know that it's only for the next 200 downloads. It's normal for this to happen. Even Epic Games gives away AAA games for free every week, and no one complains about that.The game will return to its paid status shortly if that eases your mind. Consider the two dollars as a small contribution to support the developer, which is the primary purpose of this platform. While we occasionally offer free content, we also rely on these small donations to sustain our work.
This game looks interesting. I love liminal games. I definitely plan to check it out.
do you think you will ever make more compatibility options for lower end pcs i got the game and i was unaware that my pc can not run this i think it would be nice if you added more flexibility i think this game looks cool
Balancing performance across different hardware configurations can be demanding, especially for a single-developer project. Anyway the minimum spec. required is an rtx 2060, which means all the rtx gpu, and i think its a pretty wide range

Super enjoyed playing, just enough difficulty and concentration to be challenging while remaining fun. unfortunately couldnt finish the game due to a bug. I also think I finished recording about 20 minutes before the checkpoint update dropped lol. Might have to come back to it.

A nice take on the backrooms, blending the levels together with a certainly creepy looking threat. The biggest threat though is having to restart the entire game every time you die, and you will thanks to traps or weird enemy placement.
It desperately needs checkpoints. Some games of this genre work with few checkpoints, but the slog to get back to where you were is to great and the monsters aren't complex enough to make up for it. Every death made me contemplate just closing the game, cause the thought of running all the way back was disheartening.
There's a strange obsession with buttons in this game. In the course of what should be around a 30 minute game you click about 40-50 buttons xD

definetely. your processor could def beat my 8-core anyday. And don't even get me started on those integrated graphics... outstanding pc.
Me hubiera gustado subir el video a Youtube, pero me ha sido imposible terminar el juego... Es un gran error el no poder guardar partida. Cuando mueres, empiezas desde el principio. La paciencia se pierde. Es un gran juego pero si no se soluciona esto, más jugadores harán lo mismo. De todas formas, buen juego.
Starting over isn't a mistake. The game is designed that way. Your first checkpoint is at the beginning of level two
Im sure this is a good game, but I just keep getting a dlss "fatal shader compilation" error. Also the file didn't download as a .zip??

Shader compilation failures are Fatal.
yes its a zip file and regarding the error what gpu do you have? this game is designed to work with rtx nvidia
I have an nvidia rtx 1070
it runs games with similiar graphics at 60+ fps
of course gtx 1070 doesnt support dlss, the minimum spec required for this game is rtx 2060.

Not yet, but we're considering it as a future update if the game sells well enough to justify the development of multiplayer features.
This is my first backrooms style game and i loved it. it was very challenging and difficult having to restart. But if you know where to go it becomes easy peasy. yes i died many times but i was geared to complete it! i played version 1 so there were a few bugs and it was more difficult. if you like backrooms style games i suggest you give this one a try. it was definitely fun for me.
