Liminal Leap Update 2.9: Fixes and Focus
Hey everyone!
We're back with Update 2.9 for Liminal Leap, bringing some quality-of-life fixes to smooth out your gameplay experience.
Challenge Accepted:
A few players have mentioned the difficulty of progressing past Level 1 without a checkpoint. Here's the deal: Liminal Leap is designed with a focus on mastery and overcoming challenges. Level 1 is intended to be a hurdle you learn from and overcome, setting you up for success in level 2 with checkpoints.
Inspired by Difficulty:
We take inspiration from classic titles like Cry of Fear, where mastering tough early levels felt rewarding. While difficulty preferences can vary, we believe the satisfaction of conquering a challenge in Liminal Leap is worth the initial steepness.
Focus & Flow:
Our goal is for Liminal Leap to be a game of focus and flow. By learning enemy patterns and level design, you'll unlock a rhythm that allows you to progress. Don't expect to breeze through on your first try – that's part of the learning process!
Liminal Leap 2:
Thanks for sticking with us! We're already deep into development of Liminal Leap 2, and we can't wait to share more with you soon.
Stay tuned, and keep practicing!
